All cars are square. Some cars are more square than others. Which is the most square?
I’m referring to wheelbase vs track width. The YJ had a 96.8" wheelbase and a 62.9" track. A 65% squareness ratio. Not too shabby. The Jimny has an 88.6" wheelbase and a 53.3" track. A 60% squareness ratio. The YJ’s footprint is more square than the Jimny.
So Oppo..... YJ sets the bar at 65%. Can you beat that?

Smart fortwo has a ~57" track x ~74" wheelbase giving you about 77% if you’re calculating strictly by w/l
Full of the sound of the Gran Fury, signifying nothing.

The new Smart ForTwo. 78% if you go by front track, 76% with rear track. The second gen ForTwo might beat YJ too.
